6. Redemption:

1. To claim the gift, customers must complete the redemption form at www.lumineux.co.uk/redemptions within the specified timeframe.
2. Gifts will be sent directly to the customer by Lumineux Lighting following successful redemption.

7. Returns:

1. If any goods related to the qualifying spend are returned after the gift has been redeemed, Lumineux Lighting reserves the right to deduct the value or percentage of the gift value from the eligible credit or claim back the equivalent value.
