Lumineux Lighting is a family-run, UK-based manufacturer and distributor of high-quality LED lighting solutions for commercial, industrial and outdoor applications.
We supply a comprehensive range of energy-efficient and durable LED products, including bulkheads, wall packs, bollards, battens, anti-corrosive fittings, tubular lighting, track lighting, anti-vandal luminaires, LED panels, downlights, pendant lights, high bays, linear high bays, mid bays, floodlights, street lighting, emergency lighting, sensors and drivers, sports lighting and smart lighting systems.

Innovation
One industry need that we have identified over the years is the requirement for instantly available lighting products which are both high quality and reasonably priced. To meet this need, in 2016, we purchased an old RAF hangar in Lincolnshire and converted it into a high tech warehouse facility. This enables us to hold high stock levels of all our innovative, energy efficient lighting products. To support this, we also have fast, efficient and trusted despatch services who can provide next day delivery to our customers.
Our products are exclusively available through both leading national electrical wholesaler groups and independent lighting and electrical wholesale outlets. We are proud to serve an ever expanding base of satisfied customers throughout the UK. In response to evolving needs brought about by ever changing and stricter legislation, we also strive to add value to electrical contractors and specifiers through our free of charge lighting design service. We can help identify the best lighting solution for your requirements and those of the end user, even if that entails new product development.
All testing and designs are completed on site at our Lincolnshire facility, ensuring that we have full control over product quality, whilst at the same time allowing us to keep you informed throughout the process. We are also currently developing a new laboratory to further support this element of our service.

Commercial & Industrial lighting solutions for 40 years
1986
B&T Associates incorporated as a lighting company based in Wickford
1998
B&T Associates supply major high street names with retail lighting such as NEXT, Argos, Sainsbury’s Ernest Jones, Subway, McDonalds and many others.
2003
Lumineux Lighting Brand launched in the UK as part of the MPW Group, supplying CFL and Halogen lamps to UK Electrical Wholesalers.
2007
MPW Group acquires B&T and relocates operations to Manby, Lincolnshire, expanding its lighting supply to major retailers.
2010
B&T merged with Lumineux who distribute via the electrical wholesale trade.
2011
Lumineux is at the forefront of the LED revolution, and launches many new LED ranges including GU10’s, Panels, LED Tubes and Bulkheads.
2012
EMC testing equipment purchased and installed at Manby Park to enable in house EM emissions to be measured and controlled on site.
2014
Lumineux releases its iconic HiCloud High Bay fitting that establishes new standards for performance and reliability. Tens of thousands sold and installed across the UK, with almost all of them still operating efficiently.
2015
Lumineux continues to invest in testing and technology and is one of the first UK companies to purchase the revolutionary LabSpion lighting analysis equipment.
2016
Huge investments in LED lighting stocks drive the acquisition of a new 35,000 sq feet warehouse.
2017
B&T expands manufacture of generator control Droops and other assemblies for Cummins worldwide and now exports to Belgium, Romania, India, China, all 100% manufactured at our Manby site using the latest CNC coil winding machinery.
2018
Lumineux established as a true family company by the appointment of 5 family members as directors.
2019
Further expansion is secured by the acquisition of the 23-acre, ex-grain store site at Manby Park, including a further 125,000 sq feet of warehousing space. Manby Storage Ltd is formed to become the leading 3PL storage facilities.
2021
The ground-breaking AVON downlight range is launched in customer friendly 8 packs. It becomes the best selling product that Lumineux has ever launched within 60 days.
2022
Lumineux range of Industrial and Commercial LED lighting products continues to expand at an exponential pace with the launch of truSmart.
2024
Lumineux win ‘Best Lighting Brand’ and ‘Best New Product’ 2023 & 2024 at the EW awards. Lumineux are also awarded for their commitment to quality and compliance by the LIAQA.
2025
Lumineux launch our 2025 Lighting Catalogue 6 featuring new ranges in Anti-Vandal & Track Lighting.
